Our office is committed to providing your dental treatment at an affordable fee. We want to make sure that our patients have a clear understanding of our practice's financial policies.
Insurance Policy– We file our patient's insurance claims as a courtesy for most all insurance companies. Your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. The balance on your account is ultimately your responsibility. While we strive to maintain our charges to remain fair and within normal limits for the area, sometimes your insurance company will refer to our charges as "beyond reasonable and customary". If you want to know if your insurance company has a set fee schedule, then you may want to check with your insurance company prior to your appointment.
Payment Policy– Your estimated portion that is not covered by your insurance company is due at the time services are rendered. Our front staff will be happy to assist you in calculating this estimation. This amount can include your deductible, co-insurance and any non-covered services. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CareCredit, as well as cash and personal checks. Any unpaid charges over 90 days will accrue an interest fee of 18%APR.
